Performance and meat quality of 58 Angler Saddleback pigs (supplemental data)

Description

The dataset consists of phenotypes of 85 Angler Saddleback pigs related to performance, carcass and meat quality traits. The pigs were fattened between 2018 and 2020 at an experimental farm of the University of Kiel.
